Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PrintEasier collects when you visit this site or use the platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the PrintEasier service and does not cover third-party systems you choose to connect.

Account information — name, email address, shop name, and role, provided when you sign up or are invited to a shop.

Shop content — the customers, quotes, orders, products, artwork, and messages you enter or import.

Technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, send app emails you or your shop trigger (such as invites, notifications, and receipts), provide support, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your shop content to advertise to you.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

When you connect a storefront, wholesaler, calendar, or payment provider, data is exchanged with that system at your direction and is then handled under that provider's own privacy policy.

Each shop's data is isolated so that members of one shop cannot access another's. Access is controlled by role-based permissions you manage, data is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords for every account.

We keep shop content while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards so it can be restored or exported. You can ask us to delete your shop's data, subject to any records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

You can view and update account details in the app, ask for a copy of your data, ask for correction or deletion, and unsubscribe from non-essential email through the link in those messages. Some emails, such as security and billing notices, are required to operate your account.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. Blocking them may prevent parts of the app from working.

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
