Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the PrintEasier shop management platform and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

The person who creates a shop is its owner and is responsible for the accounts invited into it. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly remove access for people who leave your business. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your shop.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, attempt to access other customers' data, probe or overload the infrastructure, or resell the service without written permission.

You retain ownership of the customer records, quotes, artwork, and other content you put into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the applicable period and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, effective at the start of your next billing period.

The service can connect to third-party systems such as storefronts, wholesalers, payment processors, and calendars. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the platform or other customers at risk. You may export your data before termination takes effect.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
