Shop data isolation
Every record belongs to one shop. Database-level access rules check shop membership on every read and write, so members of one shop cannot see another shop's data.
Access control
Shop owners assign role-based permissions to each team member. Sensitive actions such as billing, integrations, and data exports are checked on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Sign-in forms are protected against automated abuse.
Encryption
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data is encrypted at rest by our hosting and database providers. Third-party integration credentials you connect are stored encrypted.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Full card numbers never touch PrintEasier servers.
Customer links
Proof and portal links use unguessable tokens, can be PIN-protected, can be revoked instantly, and file links inside them expire after a short time.

The providers that process data on our behalf are listed in the Privacy Policy.

We announce planned maintenance and incidents by email to shop owners. For current status questions, contact hello@getprinteasier.com.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, email security@getprinteasier.com with steps to reproduce. Please do not access other shops' data or disrupt the service while testing. We will acknowledge reports promptly.
